Progress Continues!

Development on Lumina Loop is still moving forward, even if it's sometimes slower than I'd like. Between work and life outside of game development, progress happens whenever I can carve out the time—but it is happening.
Since the last update, I've been focusing on improving the experience around the core gameplay rather than changing the game itself.
Recent additions include:
- High score tracking
- New start and game-over screens
- Improved menu flow
- General UI improvements throughout the game
At this point, the core gameplay is where I want it to be. The current focus is polish: refining animations, improving visual feedback, making the interface feel smoother, and removing the little rough edges that make a prototype feel like... well, a prototype.
I'm also continuing to improve how the game feels across different devices, especially on mobile, while keeping the experience quick and easy to jump into.
There's still plenty I'd like to add, but I'm trying to stay disciplined and only include features that genuinely improve the game. I'd rather have a small game that feels polished than a larger one filled with features that don't add much to the experience.
As always, the current prototype is available to play right here on itch.io, and feedback is always appreciated. Every suggestion helps shape where Lumina Loop goes next.
Thanks for following along.
